This 3-week workshop (taking place Feb. 16, 23, and March 2nd) is for people that want to understand self esteem and how to feel good about themselves.
In this workshop people will learn how to boost low self esteem, find value in themselves and keep a healthy self-esteem. The exercises in this workshop will also open up conversations between the workshop host and participants as well as provide opportunity for peer-to-peer support with other people taking the workshop.
